NURS 5550 Practicum I: Curriculum Design, Development and Program Evaluation
The history, purpose, function, and theoretical basis for curriculum designs are examined. Fundamental knowledge and requisite skills needed to effectively design, build, implement and evaluate curricula in nursing education are developed. Evaluation of curriculum, regulatory bodies, and program outcomes are investigated and analyzed.
Prerequisite
Admission to MSN Educator concentration or Post MSN Educator Certificate option.
