NURS 5101 Advanced Pathophysiology for Primary Care
Principles of alterations (pathophysiology) in structure and function of major organ systems that apply across the lifespan are explored. Emphasis focuses on abnormal function and disruption of human cellular, tissue, organ, and system processes. Pathophysiological changes that translate to alterations in diagnostic tests (laboratory, radiological, physiological, etc.) with strategies for effective management are examined.
