NURS 5228 Organizational and Systems Leadership
Provides the scientific basis for examining concepts and theories of organizational, systems, and business leadership. The focus of this course is on development of skills essential for effective leadership across health care settings. Emphasis is on quality, safe, and cost-effective care through examination of health care policy, organization, finance, and responsible use of health care resources.
