For GSON-Specific Stuff

 

For Your BJC Account & BJC Systems

  • Password resets? Trouble logging into Microsoft 365, Canvas, Wi-Fi?
  • Problems with MFA (Microsoft Authenticator app)?
  • Issues with EPIC (AFTER you've completed training and have access)?
  • Contact: BJC Service Desk

 

For Specific Learning Tools

  • Canvas Help: Look for Help links inside Canvas first, or contact GSON IT.
  • EPIC Training/Initial Access: Contact EpicProgramTraining@bjc.org or the person listed in your training info. For tech issues after access, call the BJC Service Desk.
  • CareLearning (for some training): Try password reset first, then contact support@carelearning.com.
  • ATI Testing: Contact ATI Support directly at 800-667-7531 or via chat on their website (atitesting.com). Tell your instructor immediately if tech issues happen during an ATI exam!

 

Remember: BJC/GSON IT does NOT fix personal laptops.
