For Specific Learning Tools
- Canvas Help: Look for Help links inside Canvas first, or contact GSON IT.
- EPIC Training/Initial Access: Contact EpicProgramTraining@bjc.org or the person listed in your training info. For tech issues after access, call the BJC Service Desk.
- CareLearning (for some training): Try password reset first, then contact support@carelearning.com.
- ATI Testing: Contact ATI Support directly at 800-667-7531 or via chat on their website (atitesting.com). Tell your instructor immediately if tech issues happen during an ATI exam!
Remember: BJC/GSON IT does NOT fix personal laptops.
