NURS 5813 Human Resources, Quality, and Ethics
Human resource management, quality and related workplace ethics will be discussed. The student will be exposed to the importance of human resource management inclusive of knowledge for application while collaborating with inter-professional colleagues in the healthcare industry will be discussed. Federal and state laws including regulations surrounding employment, and the provision of patient care will be evaluated. Quality improvement metrics, processes and standards will be analyzed.
