NURS 5103 Advanced Pathophysiology

Structural, biochemical, and functional changes within cells, tissues, and organs that underlie disease are explored and applied across the lifespan. Diseases are examined on a systems basis delving into etiology, pathogenesis, molecular and morphologic changes, and clinical manifestations. This course provides a bridge between the basic sciences and clinical medicine by connecting disease symptomatology, diagnosis, and treatment strategies.
