NURS 5812 Designing Care Delivery Alternatives
The alignment between strategy, care delivery models and process development with a focus on clarity of job roles will be examined. Care delivery models will be developed and analyzed to determine appropriate use of health professionals within their full scope of practice. Population-based processes will be designed to optimize efficient and effective delivery models that meet Quadruple Aim mandates. Value-based delivery models will be explored and developed.
