NURS 6527 Strategic Planning for Healthcare

Strategic assessment and planning in healthcare systems is the focus of this course, with particular attention on the role of the nurse executive within an interprofessional team. Strategies to optimize system effectiveness through the application of innovation and evidence-based practice will be emphasized.
