NURS 6526 Quality and Performance Improvement in Healthcare Systems

Quality and performance improvement in healthcare systems are the focus of this course, with particular attention on the role of the nurse executive within an interprofessional team. Quality improvement methodologies are analyzed and applied. Outcomes are evaluated for effectiveness and further collaboration.
