NURS 6420 Health Promotion Theory and Population Health

Provides theoretical foundation and framework for health promotion, population health, health equity, and inclusion and the implementation of community and population based interventions. Students explore advanced nursing and clinical interventions that influence population health. Current data sources for measuring clinical and organizational impact are explored.
