RN-BSN

The program builds on prior nursing education and professional experience, providing students with advanced knowledge in evidence-based practice, leadership, population health, health promotion, and emerging healthcare technologies. The curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and leadership skills necessary for practice in diverse healthcare environments. The program culminates with a capstone project and professional portfolio, allowing students to integrate learning, demonstrate competency in quality improvement, and reflect on career development.
