NURS 3270 Leadership and Management in Nursing

This course prepares learners to lead and manage care within complex healthcare systems. Learners will examine leadership theories, team dynamics, quality improvement, and systems thinking. Emphasis is placed on ethical decision making, interprofessional collaboration, conflict resolution, and the nurse’s role in promoting a just culture.
