NURS 4800P Concepts of Critical Care
Specific concepts and theories are integrated with knowledge and skills from liberal arts, support sciences, and discipline-specific courses to provide quality care to the critically ill patient. Selected topics key to critical care nursing will be presented. Students will use critical thinking skills to explore strategies for delivering optimum care to the critically ill patient. The integral relationship of health team members and the critically ill patient and family are examined.
