Student Handbook 2023-2024

How to Access:

You will receive an email (at your personal email address) with instructions on how to enable your credentials and another with the temporary password.  Please make sure to check Spam folders if you do not see the email. It will be sent from “BJC_Identity_Managment@bjc.org”

If you are a current BJC employee, there is no need to reset or activate your account, but if you are a former BJC employee or student, your password may have expired. If you registered for Self Service Password reset, go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ or contact BJC’s Service Desk at 314.362.4700

You will need Microsoft Authenticator installed in your phone. Microsoft Authenticator is a two-factor authentication system in place to better protect computer and system accounts. You will receive a prompt via the MS Authenticator app when trying to access a system, such as Outlook, and you will need to follow the prompts before access is granted.

Once you change your password, read the messages in the screen to confirm that the new password was accepted.

If there is an error message or any other indication that the new password was not accepted, call the BJC’s Service Desk at 314.362.4700 and request a Windows password reset.
