Student Handbook 2023-2024

Graduation

Students apply for graduation online and will electronically submit an Application for Graduation via their Student Profile in Gus Connect within the first 10 weeks of the graduating term. Upon receipt of the Application for Graduation, a degree audit is performed to ensure all program and GPA requirements have been fulfilled. If a student has not met the graduation requirements for his/her degree, the Academic and Support Advisor will contact the student regarding the deficiencies. All responsibilities and financial obligations to the College must be met no later than one month prior to graduation.

The minimum GPA to graduate with an undergraduate degree from Goldfarb School of Nursing is 2.5; if a student’s GPA falls below a 2.5 after their GPA is calculated at the end of their final term, their record will be reviewed by the Assistant Dean & the Registrar.

The minimum GPA to graduate with a graduate degree from Goldfarb School of Nursing is a 3.0.

Graduation from the BSN nursing program options does not guarantee eligibility to take the licensure exam.
