NURS 5101 Advanced Pathophysiology for Primary Care
Graduate level course covering principles of alterations (pathophysiology) in structure and function of major organ systems that apply across the lifespan.
Emphasis focuses on 1). abnormal function and disruption of human cellular, tissue, organ, and system processes, 2) how pathophysiological changes
translate to changes in diagnostic tests (laboratory, radiological, physiological, etc.), and 3) strategies for effective management of underlying
pathophysiological processes.
