Introduces the student to the theoretical concepts necessary to transition to a leadership role in nursing. Delegation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and evaluation of care will be emphasized. The organization of health care delivery systems will be further discussed. Economic, legal, and ethical factors that influence health care delivery will be explored.
